Glenn Layton & John Harris open Glenn Layton Homes with Paradise Key South Beach, an award-winning group of Key West style coastal homes in Jacksonville Beach, FL

2013

Glenn Layton Homes is selected to build the first HGTV Smart Home, which included the latest innovations in smart home technology and was broadcast in a TV special to audiences nationwide.

2016

Glenn Layton Homes is the first custom homebuilder in Nocatee, one of America’s best-selling master planned communities, bringing one-of-a-kind homesites to The Hammock at Twenty Mile.
