Anitra Mecadon will host the “Behind the Build HGTV Smart Home 2013” show on Thursday, April 4th at 9 pm Eastern on the DIY Network.  HGTV’s sister channel DIY Network will capture the construction process in this televised special of the Smart Home 2013 built by Glenn Layton Homes in Paradise Key South Beach, Jacksonville Beach, Florida.    Behind the Build: HGTV Smart Home 2013 will premier on the DIY Network on Thursday, April 4, 2013 at 9 PM EDT.  This one-hour episode and hosted by Anitra Mecadon will show all of the construction, planning and process behind the HGTV Smart Home 2013.  Behind the Build will feature the construction team and subcontractors throughout the process of building the HGTV Smart Home 2013.
