Do you build on your lot, or only in your communities?
Both. We build in premier communities across Northeast Florida, and we regularly build our designs on private lots that clients already own or are purchasing. If your land is in our service area, we can build on it.
I do not own land yet. Can you help me find a homesite?
Yes. If you are still looking for the right lot, reach out and we can help you evaluate homesites and find the right fit for the home you want to build.
How does a build-on-your-land project start?
It starts with you and our architect sitting down to understand your must-haves and your style. We present a preliminary design for your review, and once you approve it we provide a contract price for your custom home.
Do I get a firm price before construction starts?
Yes. After you approve the preliminary design, we provide a contract price.
Can you tell me if my lot is buildable?
Yes. Site conditions, setbacks, and permitting vary across Northeast Florida, especially on waterfront properties, and we help you work through those questions before design begins.
What areas do you build in?
We build throughout Northeast Florida, including Duval County (Jacksonville and the Beaches), St. Johns County (Ponte Vedra Beach, Nocatee, and St. Augustine), Nassau County (Fernandina Beach and Amelia Island), and Clay County.
