It is all true … and certified. Glenn Layton Homes received from the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC®) a certification of LEED® Gold.

LEED stands for Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design. USGBC certified LEED Gold through a third-party verification process that demonstrated how the HGTV Smart Home 2013 complied with a variety of categories, which are:
