The HGTV Dream Home 2024 is a stunning two-story, three-bedroom, four-bathroom home with approximately 3,300 square feet. While the winner of this home will enjoy views of the Matanzas River and the iconic St. Augustine Lighthouse, the view of the house itself is just as stunning. It blends classic coastal elegance with modern touches, enhanced with natural textures and a relaxing blue and white color palette.

You enter the home from a welcoming front porch via double front doors that lead your eye through the home to the tranquil waterfront views. The foyer area has the stairs to the second story on one side and a cozy reading nook with a window and wall sconces on the other side of the front doors. The open plan layout creates a living area full of natural light and beautiful views, and helps create a wonderful indoor/outdoor living option. The double sliding glass doors that lead out to the covered back patio let you easily transition between the spaces, whether relaxing or entertaining, expanding your living space.

The open-concept great room includes plenty of room for a spacious dining area that can connect to the airy kitchen, complete with skylights, a dine-in island, and a large walk-in pantry.
