Atlantic Beach Country Club
Atlantic Beach Country Club showcases Glenn Layton Homes’ custom homes in Atlantic Beach, Florida, within a private golf course community just a few blocks from the ocean. Built around an 18-hole championship golf course, the community brings together the relaxed character of the Beaches with the traditions of a member-owned country club. Residents enjoy golf, tennis, swimming, fitness and a 12,000-square-foot clubhouse, all within the coastal setting of Atlantic Beach. Glenn Layton Homes built custom residences on 55-foot, 60-foot, 70-foot and 80-foot homesites throughout the community, including properties overlooking the golf course. Atlantic Beach Country Club is now sold out, but Glenn Layton Homes continues to build custom homes on privately owned homesites in Atlantic Beach and throughout the Jacksonville Beaches.
The Custom Experience
Every Glenn Layton home begins with the people who will live there. As a full-service design-build firm, we bring architecture, interior design and construction together to create homes around the homeowner, the property and the way they want to live. That approach guided our work in Atlantic Beach Country Club and continues today on privately owned homesites throughout Atlantic Beach and the Jacksonville Beaches.

What kind of custom homes does Glenn Layton Homes build in Atlantic Beach Country Club?
Our work in Atlantic Beach Country Club gave us the opportunity to design homes within an established architectural setting while making each one distinctly personal to the family who would live there. Different homesite sizes, golf course views and individual lifestyles called for different solutions. Spaces for entertaining, family life and indoor-outdoor living were considered alongside the opportunities of each property, resulting in homes that belonged within the community without feeling interchangeable. That work remains part of our longstanding history of custom homebuilding in Atlantic Beach and along the Northeast Florida coast.
